you should do some more research on growing before you start. read a grow book or watch a grow tutorial video

yep yep. for at least two weeks. until the flowers really start to show you know. not just little hairs. this is the stretching period where the plant needs the most N it can get.

when you put young clones in soil, they usually won't start to flower right away - first they will grow more roots and stem as much as they can, then after 3 weeks of veg (even in 12/12) they'll start flowering. So in this stage they need more N, aggressive bloom doesn't sound like a good idea...
