yep will probably take off a couple of oz... not much though cuz my plants are not so big... so now they aren't covering all the area i have from too lamps (vert, one on top of the other), so if i organize them better around the 600w, they will hardly feel a difference

i'm finishing week 4, i have two bulbs in there, and i need the 400 for my veg area... plus it's too hot in there anyway. will it harm my plants that i am reducing the wattage? less light for some (minor) parts? i remember i read somewhere that it can make them herm, but i can't seem to find...

have they rooted the soil? what did you transplant them into? when plants have rooted, they need to be fed. EDIT: and please, post an update even if you succeed in solving the problem. It would really be like helping the people who helped you (and others) back.

n def causes yellowing on bottom first. if this is not the case thne it's not n def. it's always good to flush and feed again.

most nitrogen deficiencies (or what one believes to be a nitrogen deficiency) do not occur from not having enough nitrogen in the medium, but rather due to lack of chemical balance in the medium (pH, over-nute, etc.). fix this and the problem will be solved. give more N, and the problem may get...

your plants seem fine, there's nothing to worry about

1. your water is too warm. cool down to 70 (20c max) or switch to a grow medium promptly (soil, soilless/coco). 2. you need to control pH between 5.6-6.0 like said above. Also you must know and maintain a proper and constant ppm level.

a few days till it shows recovery and a while after. alga-based nutes and additives are usually advertized or considered helpful for stress. foliar feed if you can do that without getting the buds too wet.

well, way i see it, it's not about trying to avoid anything (the lucas method also works with the 2 part flora nova i think), but just finding the good balance of nutrients that your plants will like. I know I kept having problems till i used it.

so you're saying you used full-blown compost soil for them? then it might be over nute, compost can be too hot for young plants. but you said it was a mix so i thought maybe it was adjusted. so it's really hard to tell, if this is too much, too little or not even about nutes but about pH. one...

well, yeah, probably. you should flush them well and feed again. consider using the lucas formula for the 3part.

so this is compost soil? u haven't used nutes have you? they may have outgrown the pot and eaten most everything it had if this is the case the tea should help but you wanna transplant of course if not, then it's probably due to pH. This is not mg def, rather a p/k one.

no sweat of course they have been pollinated that was a full blown hermie with well developed penises. but luckily since it was so late your yield was hardly affected from this, but if you grow commercial than you are fucked because no one wants to buy seeded bud :) if you're not growing...
