What is this on my bud is it a web?

veg i think its higher the better. Marijuana plants love it humid, its just that so does mold, only issue is mold on the buds so once buds start to form you need to worry about mold, but generally you wont get mold until late in flower.

Does everyone go 24 on and 0 off for clones or any 18/6?

I get a better sucess rate with clones under 24/0. If you can take plenty of clones and dont need perfect sucess rates 18/6 should work fine though.

White speckles on leaves, suspect spidermite-

if u cut off a leaf and put it very close to a light the mite will move, making them easier to see. They hate light. A young population can be very hard to see without magnification. Those pics dont show an obvious mite problem, leaves have white spots some times for other reasons. If u see...

    should I start adding nutes?

i believe pro-mix is soil-less peat/coco so it has 0 nutrients. If this is the case you wont hurt a 3 week old plant with a light feeding of about 500 PPM.

    Drying/curing room

Any higher than 67 for long periods id be careful, but anything in 50's or low 60's is fine, and 65 degrees is actually perfect. It is also best to keep the drying bud int he dark if possible.
