    Kingbrite Rocks

I just got a bill for $30 for import duties....wtf. Cobs arrived in manufacturer packaging and all in order. Only shady part is they are marked as samples and might differ from original specs. They seem to work just fine. Just wondering why I'm getting an extra bill from DHL

LED Replacement for T5 - Help with DIY

Unless you run them very soft or dim them drastically, I believe that high powered cobs will burn you babies that close. I could be wrong but I wouldn't do it. If its a light for seedlings I think the led t8 will work better and be much cheaper for yoy

LED Replacement for T5 - Help with DIY

4-6 is pretty damn close. Heat and spread might cause issues. Maybe the 3w LEDs you mentioned from Steve's would work better

You can mix and match, but after talking to the guys here and doing a lot of research, 3000k is good for bloom. You can mix in 2700 and 4000 but I wouldn't go higher

    First LED build CXB3590

OK so now I'm mulling over 2 ideas. I can simple move those shrouds to butt up against the fan, and lay them flush with the fins.. 2. Order a new piece of 5.9x52 sheet aluminum and use a hole saw to cut the fan hole. This would be a much more aesthetically pleasing version ( which I don't really...
