I am changing to hash caps for my hash. I’ve also bought a Volcano for my herb, which makes it more gentle to smoke. Yes, a Christmas hobbit tale would have been nice :D.… more fun than termites:p

Looked at the old posts. I did originally try to grow in 2014, 15 & 16. None of those made it. The first two were ‘chopped’ down at the base when they were a little over a foot tall. Both of those were planted straight into the ground. The next year, we planted in containers, and they grew...

You know more than I do about that. I hadn’t looked at my history. I do know that my first grow was 2017, so I may have looked up the site back in 2015 (now I’m curious what that one was about), and looked again when I was ready to grow. You have me curious.

That’s one of my reasons for finally asking. I have COPD, and do cough even with a small toke these days. But, I totally agree with you and @Rurumo that it has to be better to get a larger toke and hold it longer……just makes more sense. :lol:

Good information. Thanks again. I agree that you can’t go wring with the freezer. If i had enough room, I’d keep all my raw weed in foodsaver bags in the freezer to avoid the awful taste I had when I used the year-old stuff I’ve had to use…and will continue to for a long time. I’m growing it...

Yes, the drying method would work on the bubble hash. The reason I went to the freezer method was that the first time I made it drying in room temperature is that it tasted terrible….reallly bad. Sounds like a good way to do it without getting it all over yourself :). What do you do to get it from the powdered/crushed up form to the solid? Do you melt it somehow? Looks really great. And, while I’m asking, how do you store it after you finish? thanks for your time.

I realize this is an old thread, but it took until the other day for me to find the answer. It IS the product. We made a batch of fresh frozen after this last one, and it was great tasting! Last week we made another batch with last years’ (the same as before) and it tastes and smells awful...

OH! That’s how I make my tincture for nausea. How much to you reduce it? I reduce it by half for tincture. For the ISO hash I reduce it by half, then down to ’nothing’ to hash. I don’t know what percentage that would be. Doing this that way would be easier than a whole day of making bubble...
