You want as many photons as possible reaching the plants, so think 'reflect' vs. 'escape'. Mylar film does a good job - you can mount it to cardboard and put it on the walls of your 'closet'. Those silvered car windshield covers ($1.00 at Dollar General) would be a good, easy solution also...

You haven't shown enough PLANTS to justify another light, but oh well. Now you have a 'short' problem (probably) - and the extra light and heat may wipe you out anyway (hopefully leaving you a house to live in)...
