that makes a lot of sense... but why dont the airstones work directly next to the netpods? I figure the bubbles in the water will go more directly to the roots if they were close to the root site rather than if they were in the rez and had to travel up the intake... and doesn't the waterfall...

there is no airstone in the res but all the outtakes are waterfalling into it... I have also been turning everything except the pump(which turns on/off every 15min) off at night for 6 hrs
