Best places to grow mmj in WA?

Im from walla walla originally and live out of state. Im moving back at the end of the month and was curious if anyone knows any good / safe places to rent for a mmj collective garden. I have ten lights I would like to use so obviously renting an apartment would be hard as far as electrical is concerned and if I were to rent a house and update the electrical I would need to be on good terms with the owner. Does anyone know of commercial / industrial spaces that are for growing or like a website where I could find house owners who are cool with that sort of thing? Or is my best bet to move to spokane or seattle and start making lots of friends, lol???

There are plenty of people growing in walla walla. It shouldn't be to hard to find a place to grow. You can run 4 1000w lights on a dryer breaker. Or find a place with a garage with its breaker box.

After moving to spokane, it looks like the best idea is to lease land and buy a couple shipping containers to retrofit. I talked to a woman the other day and she said shipping containers are becoming more popular for this. For a startup, it looks like leasing to own or purchasing land with a building would be much more costly than buying a shipping container and leasing land... this seems to be the really only legit way to get started unless you happen to know someone who has land personally and also has a shop on the land whos willing to let you use it for your business....

Thats all really to get a bigger than 4 light grow going though... I guess on the other hand you could rent out a place w/ a washer / dryer hookup and do a 4k grow there...
