Watching PBS Newshour just now I listened to Rand Paul bloviating about how the border should be the priority while his party keeps doing it's best to prevent any bill passing so their cult leader can swoop in and fix things a year from now except it will be Biden getting forced to wait a year before he can get it done.

How many f'n years has the border crisis been going on and the repubs keep pushing the false narrative that it's the dems fault? 10, more than 10?

The priority should be to keep promises made to Ukraine to support them no matter how long it takes and it's only taken this long because needed help is being doled out piecemeal to force russia to use up all their munitions and men while Ukrainians die. Now they're running out of everything and the repubs seem happy to let Pootin prevail.

The whole lot of them disgust me.

I first watched Denys talking about the war, then realized he did not have that much to offer. Found our army vet, who gave some interesting analysis a time or two. Then he was demonetized on Youtube and started his own site for it. Since then he has not been of too great an interest. I like our British fella as he has a lot of relevant links. He is currently visiting the frontline area with a charity that is supplying the soldiers with first aid kits, drones, metal detectors, I think a remote wheeled drone to evacuate wounded or to supply soldiers with. Sent them another $100 USD. Then there is Andrew who does the analyzing the video and satellite images to count the pieces of equipment being damaged and destroyed. You need to have a lot of patience watching his analysis but what he has said about the state of the fighting outshines the others. He has said a number of things that has come true, he has said over a month ago that Avdiivka was lost by spring.

looks like UA used a 3rd gen for this strike, i'm surprised the RA didn't have a spotter or anything on that ship, seems like this was a complete surprise hit. Makes me wonder if UA has a spotter USV out to find them. Still rather impressive overall....

from the chaotic video, it looks like the drones are taking a highly evasive course close in. The usual tracer fire is also absent.

While I'm tickled pink at Ukraine's success,I'm saying what's up w/the Russians,this ain't their first rodeo w/losing ships to drones as a good portion of their Black Sea fleet is future scuba diving adventure. What's up w/their radar,and if that's insufficient do to small drones you'd sure as hell think they'd have sailors on watch w/searchlights looking out,I mean duh,it's not like the Ukrainian Navy is out there w/surface combatants or subs,I hope the USN isn't this vulnerable or stupid or a combination of both.

Part of the reason for the strike and the success was that there was fog on the water and not the greatest visibility. That is not much of an excuse when you are being marinated in salt water for the fishies.

I just hope my country stops dicking around w/the na na nana na games in Congress and gets military equipment delivered, when you consider that less than 5% of our defense budget is hollowing out the Russian military and a huge % of Russia's initial invasion force is KIA/MIA/wounded which by all accounts were their most skilled/veteran professional forces(paratroops/special force Spetsnaz/best infantry).More importantly Ukraine is on the left foot now and holding on precariously,they need a morale boost that a fresh injection of resources would provide.

Unfortunately the Southern Border of the U.S. should take priority as we're looking down the barrel of Texit! Maybe time to sell a mansion or a couple yachts that he bought with tax payer money. More money doesn't solve a listless war with zero tactics or strategy for a win. They'll have to pay off Mike Johnson and get buy in from the Mexican Cartels before we send more money than we budget for the Marine Corps. Black Rock will find a way I'm sure though; however, it shouldn't be a loan from China to pull their ass out of the fire that US tax payers are on the hook for. They'd be better suited to start peace negotiations and stop the nonsense!!
