I had a situation just like that once, where my plant had pushing out new five point leaves and then suddenly three point leaves were all that popped out... the seed was from a random bag and the strain unknown, but she did turn around to become the most potent plant that harvest... shouldn't...

I've stored butter for many weeks in the fridge and when I finally got around to making some cookies, it was definitely still some potent cannabutter... just fridge it for peace of mind.

I would try to find the best quality Haze that you can and puff on that... personally may favorite strain I've smoked that was almost completely sativa was some Sweet Skunk that I got when living in Vancouver, it's definitely easy to tell when you've got a great sativa in your pipe.

Your best bet would be to use a high proof alcohol to attempt an extraction of what little THC may be floating around in those semi-burnt nug chunks... no need to drink that stuff.

Percs are great and really do assist in cooling the smoke by breaking it into tiny bubbles. They are worth the extra money for how smooth your smoking experience will be. I say perc it.
