I was wondering how everyone dates the jars? Is it by the day you put it in the jar or are there other methods?

Also in the Ed Rosenthal book he suggests leaving some leaf on there as a trichome protector.

I did the same thing with a lot of bud this year which was dry trim. When you dry it with the leaves it does leave a lot better flavor and is smoother. It was much easier to trim when dry as well. It is a more even smoke for sure.

I was always thinking the same thing. When you grow weed you know that the bud is filled with thc, not just on the outside of the bud. I heard someone say that once and I laughed. I also like it when people say they have big colas? I found big colas are just small little buds on a big branch...

I think it does. It pulls it out and puts it back. Its a give and take. I think it works great.

I wanted to know how many people dry in boxes. The reason why I ask is I did this last year and the weed comes out so much nicer than hang drying in a closet. It seems to dry the buds more evenly.

I also have a Jack growing in the yard and it came a tumbling down a week ago and I have been drying in boxes. I thought it was early as well. It definitely could have gone another week but the smoke is still really good. Just to let you know. BTW the shots of buds look just like mine.

All I have fed these two women is water. The ground in the central valley is full of goodness.

I forgot the one on the left is og kush and the one on the right is Jack Herer by GHS. I know not the real strain but it was a feminized seed and it worked.
