    California Bill Help ?

100.00 seems pretty expensive to me but i don't live in CA and i don't know what the KWH price is for power, if you can give us the price per kwh that you pay you could get a more accurate estimate, running your grow room at night can reduce the price they charge per KWH it also helps your room...

    Flowering with Cree bulbs

Glad to see we have some one else who might be able to confirm the captians results, now we just have to hope the autos dont mess up the yield, what are those blue, the Xtes or the XBs? Also does anyone else know of any other grows using these crees?

9.5W Cree Soft White 2700k Bulbs [not Warm White 2700k]

I thought the main advantage of the xts over the xbs was the efficiency not just the spectrum, i think some one told me in captians thread that the xte leds were a lot more intense so much so that it was like having multiple small HID's, but i don't know how true that is or was, i looked up a...

9.5W Cree Soft White 2700k Bulbs [not Warm White 2700k]

That sucks but that's exactly what redcarpet confirmed in the captians thread a while ago > < they are selling the xbes in both packaging, i had originally thought that these leds were a god send and so much better than buying an LED panel, but I'm starting to think the hassle of this is to much...

That sucks... So you are confirming then that i was wrong then, they are putting out warm whites with xbs in them?

9.5W Cree Soft White 2700k Bulbs [not Warm White 2700k]

I believe they would be the same diodes because the only reason they are using them is to achieve better over all illumination of the bulb and possibly some energy star crap, the xbs provide most of the light from the sides which is why they are better when they are angled like that...

    Flowering with Cree bulbs

Ive been so annoyed with this that i've been about to bash one of my globes with a hammer, but after a bit of searching im pretty sure that i've come to the conclusion that the warm whites are the xtes and the soft whites are xbs.

9.5W Cree Soft White 2700k Bulbs [not Warm White 2700k]

That bulb on the right is not a soft white a19 that's from a br30 with xbs in it, br 30s are flood lights which is why they have that reflector right under the leds and its also why the chips are orientated the way they are, its because the xpes provide better illumination to the bottom of the...

    Flowering with Cree bulbs

You confirmed this by looking threw the bulb? I was also going to mention that with the xbs orientated the way they are they should illuminate the top of the bulb much better than the xtes... Also the last dude who posted on your thread showed a pic showing that you can confirm xbs by looking...

    Flowering with Cree bulbs

If you have it wrong that would mean i have it wrong and i don't think i have it wrong, here is a pic of the xtes on the left and the xbs in the br 30 on the right, and if you ask me that picture although very unclear looks a lot more like the xbes to me, and didn't you say that is the soft...
