I dont think 3lbs every 2 weeks is possible with a 8'x7' flower area.

If my ec reeding is going up I add plain ph water if my ec level is staying the same as the water level drops this I let the plants drink until the next res change I change my res every 2 weeks and it's a 55 gallon tank.

Your meter is propably broken or needs to be clibrated. get a new one I recommend blue lab. I would also use half the recommended dosage with flora trio. you should look into orca instead of hydroguard it's better. Also EC doesn't give a reading in the 100's you mean ppm of which there is a 500...

Dwc would propably be your best bet.although Ive run multiple strains in an ebb and flow system and had good results I think it's better to have your reservoir dialed in for a single strain because different strains can have different feeding requirements.

It takes about a week for the plants to adjust to the new environment as long as your ph and Ec is good and they're getting enough oxygen to the root zone you should be ok.

No it doesn't mean anything some plants grow 2 or 3 sets of 3 finger leaflets at first its genetics.

I would definitely lower the ph if you dont want nutrient lock out especially if your in hydro
