Yeah there customer service is bullshit, they have subscription boxes on there website, sounded cool, they send you free seeds every month, I purchased the 100 dollhair one, every month I was said to recieve 5 regular stock seeds, 5 new released seeds and 5 unreleased seeds (15 total)
something happened to where I accidentally either double clicked or they got me for 2 subscriptions (200 dollhairs a month total!)
Well I didnt recieve anything for the first 2 months, looked at my bank statement to make sure that they were charging me, saw that they charged me 4x (twice a month)
I contacted them, it took a while to reply and they sent me an apology letter, said they would make it right, and hook me up for the whole experience... right?
Man my first package came in and I had at the most 10 seeds, which I paid for at least 30 seeds and then they said they’d hook me up on top of that, smh never did
Charged me twice again and that’s when I canceled my subscription, their website looks legit asf and I was a n00b
as for there seeds? I actually have 1 in veg right now, it’s the first time I’ve grown any of there gear, my brother in law has been asking for cheese strains, and I noticed that I had 3 cheese crosses they gave me, two cheddaworsts and one bandersnatch, the two cheddarworsts didn’t make it, one never sprouted, the other was a weirdo mutant and died on its own, the bandersnatch is alive and healthy, getting ready to flip next week I believe so I’ll be back to share my experience with there flowered plants, I have very litte faith that it’s going to be what they claim
