Great Post! I use the same method. I cut up and save part of the main stem to re-hydrate the buds if they dry out too much. If they are still crispy after leaving the jar sealed for a day, I will throw 2 or 3 two inch pieces of stem into the jar for a few hours to bring the moisture level...
