Hey Dropa, thanks for dropa the note about no bud porn for a while.. i guess we will just have to suffer a little. DAMN, i love your pictures.. its like going to a holiday party when you post your pictures.. I think of your trays of weed like my dream trick or treat house. yeah, lets make sure we hit up drops pad for his candy this year,..lol.. a couple times. Or maybe after a big holiday meal.. time for desert.. Dropa has that wonderful tray of goodies for us again..hahahah
Sorry to hear about your camera. I know how it goes.. I had to get mine fixed a few weeks ago as well. I actually bought another one while mine was in the shop. I made a deal with the fuckers at best buy that i would buy one but be allowed to return it for a full refund when my camera was fixed. I coulnd stand the thought of not having a camera for a month. ha, i can laugh about it now , but the hole ordeal was an absolute nightmare. I can tell you i will never shop at best buy again in my life.
I did have a pleasant memorial day weekend. Im not even going to bitch about the weather around here anymore though, because its just so hopeless.. I have not had a day make it into or past 70 degrees yet this year!!!!!

What's happening my friend. Not a lot going on here at the moment. Got all me bud hung and there drying quite nicely. My camera is definitely going to be here tomorrow and I should have some pics up. Not having a camera has been driving me crazy. Great selection on the tunes. I remember when that cd first came out I practically wore it out. Alright I gotta go but I got a tune in mind for you and I'll post it on your thread tomorrow.

Okay my friends sorry for the long delay. I just got my camera
back the other day and I just now got a chance to post some pix.

Top row in the closet been drying for 5 days getting ready to put
into jars.

Bottom row been drying for 3 days and not quite ready for the
jars yet.





Top row is getting ready to get trimed of stems and get a fianl
weight.










Trimmed up final weight 100 Grams on the nose.




I get y'all some pix on the last bit I got drying in few days.

I'm also gonna be taking a break from growing for a month or
so because I'm gonna be moving. Times are tough and I can't make
my house payment anymore So before I'm totally out of money I'll
be moving back in with my mom for a while. My dad passed away
about 5 weeks ago and my mom could use the help around the house
anyway.

The parents and I had discussed moving back in a few months ago if
things didn't get any better for me job wise and back then I had
my dads permission to revive our old grow room down in the
basement but I wasn't to sure about how my mom would feel about
it now that he's passed on. She doesn't even smoke but luckily I got the word
about two weeks ago that I got a green light to set up shop and resume my growing activities.

I really hate to move but I don't have any other options at this time.
So in the mean time I'll still be lurking around and catching up
on your journals but I wont be growing.

So peace and happy growing to everyone until I can return even
bigger and better than before.

awesome man... 2 bad u wonbt be growin for a while. but good u will be able too soon! and like u said.. bigger and better! =) u can hang out around my journal. lol. and looks like youll have plenty of weed 2 last u until u start growin again! hahaha. that was from 2 plants? and wat light are u using again? ive been flowering 4-6 small plants.. adn gettin shit for yields. soo i might just flower 1 or 2 big plants.

Hey Dropastone! I hear ya on the taste of the cannabutter. I learned that if you remelt the cannabutter with fresh water after the fridge seperation, it will take more of the taste and smell out. After 2 times, there is hardly any Canna taste or smell left. And if you really want clean butter, do it a 3rd time. Its not neccessary to recook, just remelt with new water and re-seperate, rinse and repeat.

Nah man that was from five plants and I'm not to happy with outcome so for now I'll be going back to my old ways. Also thats a 600 I was using and I'll definitely be popping by you thread bro.

Right on D sounds like some good sound advice. Sounds like the fresh water is leaching out the impurities thats giving it a bad taste. I've been really happy making BHO and melting it right into the butter and there is hardly no taste at all.

Its Awesome to see how "PRO" you've become in such a short time! I went through your 1st Journal again, and I have to say "Bravo Dropastone! Bravo!" You are a TRUE success story! RIU has played a huge roll in turning out good growers! I am Happy I was around when you started!

Outstanding. I've went through a few batches so far and I'm about ready to make more. I've got enough trim to make a few more batches of BHO and I'm loving it. I haven't been hitting the new pipe to much lately because I have a bad cough going on for a while now. So it's cookies for me until my cough gets better.

haha good deals! i love having all kinds of trim and popcorn...i got a shitload righ tnow , pondering BHO or medibles.....maybe both lol

Sorry to hear of your fathers passing. I can understand the frustration you are going through with the tough job market as well. I know many people that are out of work.

Oh man Dropastone, so sorry to hear about your Dad, damn it's been a bad year for both you and I... My wife just lost her Mom this past 2 weeks, my Mom passed in late Febuary this year, the bypass, will it ever end? I have not even posted my outcome yet on my harvested on 6-5-11, still got some trimming and jarring to do.... So sorry about you Dad, hope staying w/your Mom will help both of you through the healing process... it's like I don't even care anymore about the grow lately, I just brood around the house anymore, need to change something in my life and soon....you take care bro, real sorry, we will light a candle for your Dad, you and your family this Sunday..... stay safe

Thanks guys I really appreciate the kind words. It was rough going there for the first couple of weeks but I'm slowly but surely getting over the harsh reality that he's gone. I know he's still with us in spirit though.
