Check out Fort Collins. I love it here.
I've lived here for 20 years. Came to college at CSU and never left. Fort Collins is a great city for families. All sorts of stuff to do. Great outdoors activities within a short distance. Great breweries nightlife etc. Good schools. And only an hour to Denver. Let me know if you got questions.
no, lol. Actually, IMO, it's colder on the Monument hill area than Ft Collins and that's 2 hours south.... so that don't really matter unless you look somewhere like Craig.... I think that's the coldest place on the planet As far as shoveling, just be sure to get a place with a south facing driveway or the shoveling will suck.Good schools sound promising...
My 5 year old son already met a few bullies at his school here in AZ.
I was trying to stay in Southern Colorado, mainly for better weather, I guess.
Is there really that much difference between Ft. Collins, and Pueblo when it comes to snow, ice and blizzards.
My old body is too beat up for major snow shoveling jobs.
Come Jan 1, there will be legal recreational shops and I believe one is opening in Peublo. You can get it right away!A subu-what???
I was planning on driving my old Ford F-150 2 wheel drive.
I learned to drive a muscle car on snow and ice when I was 16, so not overly concerned about that.
Sucks I can't buy right away from a dispensary though.
How long is the wait to get a card?
What's the cost?
Are they strict at all?
Seems like a silly question, since recreational Cannabis passed in Colorado...

We lived in Tucson and were paying $1100 for a 4br place, not too bad. We now live in CO Spgs and pay $1450 for 3br, 3 level house for comparison purposes.
Pueblo WEST is way upscale. Further west in Pueblo West there is lots of very big houses, 250k and up. There is a LOT of correctional facilities in the county so a large number of corrections officers. Have worked on many of their homes. They must get paid well.Just looking at the street map, I was gonna guess better neighborhoods could be found North of the 50, and maybe in pueblo west...
I'd like to find a nice low rent area, that isn't too ghetto-
Maybe a Colorado Springs suburb would be better?
Mountains are nice. Nice and expensive.Move somewhere in the mountains. That's my dream. I am so sick of the metro area. Would love to live above 7000ft somewhere. This 5280 is getting to be too much for me now-a-days.
Talking 5 bedroom, modern with finished basement. Values dropped a lot.
Hmmm, very interesting. Thanks man.Talking about growing, possesion, transportation
