Lately it seems as if everyone has been different, and all the disaster's the fucked up weather ect ect. idk it just seems like society is falling apart. But hey on the bright side... weeds becoming legal finally!! Somthing we fought so hard to achieve! i never thought i would see the day when i started here.

Idk, the worlds been here a while. From a probability standpoint it's pretty unlikely it will end in my lifetime. Society though, if that's what youre saying, I can see falling to pieces..

The world will probably never end or at least not for millions of years.. could end tomorrow though who the fuck knows.

Although I do not believe its ending anytime soon I do believe in our lifetime Americans will be faced with some very challenging times. Some believe we are on the brink of a financial collapse and after long talks with my buddy who is a lineman who said solar flares absolutely could knock the electric out for months and even years... I started putting back food and other things to survive if we ever have a natural or man made disaster.

Unfortunately there will most likely not be some sort of cataclysmic event like an asteroid, nuke war, or EMP. Society will just grind down more and more and more. Like a cancer it will be slow and painful and prolly take a couple decades. If we could only be so lucky to have it quickly over with so we could rebuild.

My dad's end ended in a Buffet Line at an all you can eat breakfast Buffet....
He was "Ready" so his end was peaceful for him...
I do not believe the end is near...for me....
Maybe your end is near...
Maybe your number is up....
Don't get on a plane with just one pilot, his number could be up, and then you are collateral damage....
Do I think the Earth's end is near ?

It doesn't seem like this threads about a mayan calendar bullshit event, but rather a breakdown in the social order. Think it can't happen? Look how long it took new orleans to be a complete free for all after katrina...

My grandparents used to hoard toilet paper. They lived through the great depression. I can only imagine what a scaring impact that must have left and what events happened to where whenever you see toilet paper your Pavlovian response is to purchase it. I think our world is coming to an end because we cannot buy all the 'stuff' we have been brainwashed into believing we could have. When society realizes it can't have all the 'stuff' because all of their money goes to staying alive then yeah, the world they live in will be over. Nobody said you have to be part of that crowd. It starts here in places like RUI where some of us have said.......I can do that. And started providing for ourselves. Learn to live with less and you will always be ahead of society, especially if when SHTF.

In my area things are falling apart because there simply is no money in anything other then meth and other drugs. legit jobs are all but gone. Wendy's is hiring but no one wants to work for bs wages but kids. its like this for my entire area and 5 years ago none of this was a problem.

Sam Kinnison had a famous line about how people live in the desert ..and then he yells MOVE TO WHERE THE FOOD IS...

I think this would apply in your case.. I know moving sucks yada yada yada.. but.. living in a place where there is no job or decent prospects for one is not a logical thing to do..

my body is falling apart. hard to look beyond that. i live in a small world
