my bad not trying to spread false info, i've never had the tops of my plants do that. That picture above is posted by another user i think.
what exactly causes the top to do that? I know your saying an immobile nutrient deficiency but is that caused by something? do nutrients immobilize due to several things like medium type and nutrient type used ?
I haven't encountered yellowing like this except for when i give them too much light, and I didnt know if this maybe had something to do with immobilizing a nutrient? My guess is something to do with the peat
any links would be great, thanks.

coming to think of this my buddys plant did something like this when he overwatered the crap out of it

The simplest explanation is often the answer. All you need to do right now is transplant into a larger container and use some good soil. Miracle grow ORGANIC is a cheap alternative and will get you through the next couple of weeks easily if you find your are short on cash, especially if you're only working with 2 plants and they sell it at walmart. EASY AS THAT. Again. Transplant into some good soil. If you go with miracle grow ORGANIC there is a good chance you won't even need to test the pH for a while though this is still advised. Soil ph meter at nursery 13 Dollars. Another quick rundown: What have you done in the past 7 days? Any changes? Is there anything you did differently or did this suddenly show up out of the blue? Be sure you have a correct diagnosis before you go any further as unneccessary stress will just increase the potential for males or herms. Good luck. :bigjoint:

hey mate :)

i did nothing unusual, when the new leaf grows it just grows like this with a lime color :S

just transplanted to 4 gallon pot and bought a new potting soil with ph 5.8-6.5, hope it will work, do you think its due to too much light? i keep the bulb half a meter away, is that good for 400 HPS??

thanks a lot
