Did you see the episode when he put Tracey through therapy by role playing his absentee father, his mother, his mothers white lover and the neighbour - Mrs Rodriguez?
It was 3 minutes of the funniest and most talented comic acting I hve ever seen.
I was amazed that Alec Baldwin could be so amusing. I'm used to him in more serious roles.

I think Tom Cruz is a good actor, even though on a personal level I think he's an idiot.
