the biggest hypocrits . . "all men are created equal" excepot the men we men decide are worth 1/5

the framers of the constituon prolcaimed all men were created equal, but at the same time also said black men are not men and women are also not equal, a contradiction of the previous statement

living document of lies

lots of constituinal nuts claim the documetn is a living document to be reinterpreted to whatever suites their current needs no matter how obscure or relevant

kinda like thanksgiving .. lies

anothe hypocrasy, this country the US celebrates the begingin of genocide that our country cominted agiasnt the first nation natives of the continental north America

im used to the stupid lying to themselves but people who support individuals who are devoid of inalienable morale's are questionable in every aspect of life

i know poeple who fit this description they say they support this or that and when they find out this or taht was actually somethign else they continue to defend and support , my specific exampel in my head was people who support historical characters who were nafarious at best

and imho do not deserve to be recognized as role models or figures to look up to.

learn from yes

ill do these last two as a gruoped thought you learn from the past nto idolize it, or you will be doome dto repeat the mistakes of the past you dont idolize a scoundrol becuase the history books wrote nice thigns about them

but idolize no!

speaks a lot about a person when they allow their bias to conflict with what is unequivocally wrong or right

i dont like people who will capriciously decide what is best for them, they are called two faced mo fo's wher im from (mo fo means mother fucker)

integrity doesn't meant obstinate

i never doubt i am hard to decipher or read , but the thing is grammar and spelling aside my words are simple and im try to express them without possible interpretation

i think i lose a lot of meaning trying to acutley express myself, i am also dyslexic and a bit distracted almost all the time , years of being forced to take ridilin has kinda left my brain thought process like a run away train

the weight and gravity are there but inertia sometimes makes me miss a stop or two

Good, tell me again what you think of the civil rights act.
Since you're such a prince of a fellow, I will say it again:

Title II clearly conflicts with the US constitution. The constitution trumps lesser laws.

The rest of CRA 1964 is commendable. I fully endorse it.

Are you happy? Are you going to ask me again?

So you prefer segregation. As I thought.

Respiration/bloodflow/melanin

That is all I can think of.
I can think of an example that I remember reading about, but it was controversial and has probably been discredited. It wasn't found in anything peer reviewed. It was in some magazine I read, and kind of interesting.

It seemed that it was surmised that some people inherit superior navigation abilities. I was reading about the Polynesians who explored most of the Pacific on hand made multihull crafts hardly bigger than surfboards. There was mention that it could be a result of some gene, but that it was specific to them.

Just what kind of evolving do you think some people have done that others have not, based on geography? In what ways exactly are you suggesting that some people are superior to others?
The Sherpas in Nepal are able to breath at high altitude in thin air, where nobody else is capable.

http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/18333655
[h=3]Abstract[/h][h=4]OBJECTIVE: [/h]Sherpas are well-known for their physical strength at high altitudes. They adapt to high altitude so well that little acute or chronic mountain sickness has been documented in them. The possible genetic basis for this adaptation is, however, unclear. The objective of this study was to elucidate the genetic background underlying this characteristic among Sherpas with respect to the angiotension-converting enzyme (ACE) gene.
[h=4]METHODS: [/h]We enrolled 105 Sherpa volunteers in Namche Bazaar (3440 meters) and 111 non-Sherpa Nepalese volunteers in Kathmandu Valley (1330 meters) in Nepal. Information about high-altitude exposure and physiological phenotypes was obtained via fieldwork investigation. The genotype of the insertion/deletion (I/D) polymorphism in the ACE gene was identified by polymerase chain reaction. Serum ACE activity was also measured.
[h=4]RESULTS: [/h]The distribution of the I dominant genotype (II & ID) and the I allelic frequency were significantly more prevalent in Sherpas (II & ID: 94.3%, I allele: 73.3%) than in non-Sherpas (II & ID: 85.6%, P = .035; I allele: 64.0%, P = .036). Moreover, despite residing at high altitude, the circulating ACE levels of Sherpas were statistically similar to those of non-Sherpas at low altitudes (Sherpas: 14.5 +/- 0.4 IU/L/37 degrees C; non-Sherpas: 14.7 +/- 0.4 IU/L/37 degrees C; P = .755).
[h=4]CONCLUSIONS: [/h]These findings suggest that the overrepresented I allele of the ACE gene in Sherpas might be one of the fundamental genetic factors responsible for maintaining physiological low-altitude ACE activity at high altitude, which may have an advantageous physiological role in adapting to a high-altitude environment.

Abstract

OBJECTIVE:

Sherpas are well-known for their physical strength at high altitudes.
METHODS:

We enrolled 105 Sherpa volunteers in Namche Bazaar (3440 meters) and 111 non-Sherpa Nepalese volunteers in Kathmandu Valley (1330 meters) in Nepal. Information about high-altitude exposure and physiological phenotypes was obtained via fieldwork investigation. The genotype of the insertion/deletion (I/D) polymorphism in the ACE gene was identified by polymerase chain reaction. Serum ACE activity was also measured.
RESULTS:

The distribution of the I dominant genotype (II & ID) and the I allelic frequency were significantly more prevalent in Sherpas (II & ID: 94.3%, I allele: 73.3%) than in non-Sherpas (II & ID: 85.6%, P = .035; I allele: 64.0%, P = .036). Moreover, despite residing at high altitude, the circulating ACE levels of Sherpas were statistically similar to those of non-Sherpas at low altitudes (Sherpas: 14.5 +/- 0.4 IU/L/37 degrees C; non-Sherpas: 14.7 +/- 0.4 IU/L/37 degrees C; P = .755).
CONCLUSIONS:

These findings suggest that the overrepresented I allele of the ACE gene in Sherpas might be one of the fundamental genetic factors responsible for maintaining physiological low-altitude ACE activity at high altitude, which may have an advantageous physiological role in adapting to a high-altitude environment.
now this you can find in the highlands of the Andes as well

this is a natural adaptation to high altitude, further, the increased lung capacity also represents in some kenyans as well as some europeans.

Example: most of the men in my family also have abnormally deep lungs, this was noted in my grandfather, my uncles and myself during X-Rays. we average about 20% greater lung volume than "average" for most europeans.

does this mean i am superior?

perhaps some sort of Homo-Novus?

a superman destined to dominate the earth?

i like to think so.

prepare your homages and offerings now, and beat the rush

Title II clearly conflicts with the US constitution.
no it doesn't. the supreme court even said so.

i know you have this "freedom of association" beef, and you are desperately trying to construct a persecution narrative whereas you are the victim of "forced integration", which conflicts with your desires for white separatism (you did, in fact join a group of white separatists this year), but it just ain't like that.

you are just a deluded racist.

this has been before the supreme court before, no conflict with the first amendment. the blacks get to sit at the same lunch counter as you, whether you like it or not.

you libertarian you.
