Humboldt county needs to be shut down!!
The question is why?
Crime wave?
rape, murder % up?
Drug lords have taken control of?
I believe the answer is the way Cali has provoked the feds.
MJ banks, a bad idea.
MJ dispensers didn't help now that you think about it, huh?
Calling out the fed, yet another brilliant plan....

I have received many a form letter from her in response to my letters. She neve sees them. All the elected officials have aids that do nothing but weed out mail from concerned citizens and arrange cookie cutter responses. Sickening.

The South rose up against the idea of Federal Law over States rights in the war of Northern Aggression. Perhaps this time.... in this particular battle we can get a little support from our Northern and Western neighbors

I am pretty sure there are several countries that would even help out with support on this one. Especially since the United States is trying to force them to make marijuana illegal. Here's a thought; knowing that California's economy is among the top in the WORLD (not just the nation); knowing that our state has long been considered the nation's breadbasket, we could conceivable strike out on our own and still be a force to be reckoned with. And why wait for California to physically drop off the rest of the continent, yeah?

No one should get raided because of marijuana! The only reason why they want to raid them is because some people might be making a lot of untaxed money. Marijuana never killed anyone. Marijuana is not physically addictive. Marijuana is a plant that has been on this earth long before man was here. Marijuana is needed medicine for some. Hemp is a great plant and can be used for textiles, paper, ropes, and many other uses.
The gov't is corrupt and is like a corporation whose intent is to expand and make as much money as possible. But we should fear these pot growers and let the DEA rid our country of "evil" pot growers. After all, herb is the "devils weed" (can you feel the sarcasm emanating from the last couple sentences? )
Fuck the current gov't! They are a bunch of power hungry, control freak, mobsters. This is what people said about prohibition

Please let Ca. secede and take all the illegals back from Nv.. The united state of Mexico north, California. Put 20ft. tall fences on the Nv/Ca border with gun towers and let you guys grow all the weed you want, grow it 30 ft tall and use them for shade trees, the greening of California. Expell all federal authority and refuse to pay any dues to the feds, a virtual heaven on earth for stoners. Have a gate at the border that lets in the wealthy that want to throw away their money on gambling, but disallow any foriegners from coming without proper Identity. Works for me. I'm sure sans the illegal caveat, you californians would agree, eh? Geeze, how do I come up with these brilliant Ideas???

unfortunately, prior secession attempts made it to the supreme court, which ruled that since the constitution does not have a clause saying how states may secede from the union that it is not allowed.

Well, they've crapped on most every other part of the constitution, why not this one, Oh that's right, the mega-loss of revenue the Feds wouldn't recieve from Cali. Cali is so rich, why not just buy the state from the Feds? They seem willing to sell everything else to the Chinese. You could sell all those beachfront golf courses to the chinese and buy the state outright.
