so, i'm probably not the only buried cock deep in untrimmed cannabis. the days of trimming are long, 8-14 hours depending on will and nutrition.
some days, i will put down the trimming shears at 4 am only to realize that i forgot to eat.
i have found a few foods that are great at providing me energy without overfilling and making me sluggish and tired, thought i'd share and see what others have to add...
*peanuts - these things are pure energy, taste great, and won't overfill you.
*beans - plain beans are OK, but they'll go down better with some cheese and a tortilla. just don't overfill on cheese or bread, or you'll get tired and sluggish.
*peanut butter sandwich - OK, a bit of a repeat here. i leave the jam off mine at harvest time, the extra sugar is an empty, temporary energy boost and the crash is not worth it.
*jerky - easy way to get meat/protein without overfilling on a steak or burger.
*water - can't overstate how important water is. dehydration is a major energy drain, and often a simple glass of water will wipe out hunger.
all of these are easy to make, low prep or no prep foods that will give you the energy to keep trimming and help keep concentration.
any other foods you guys swear by at trim time?
