As long as you never went on Atkins, ordered 3 cheeseburger patties with bacon, and then had 4 forty-four ounce diet cokes, you are the man. Those people always made me want to throttle them. And mastakoosh, i like you, so please dont take this wrong in case you are one of those poeple.i am a decently big dude and will order a big ass fatty meal from a restaurant with a diet coke lol.................because i am diabetic. but i have no idea why heavy people eat all that bad shit and wash it down with diet soda.
start including peanut butter, mayo, avocado, and carbs(mucho cereal) into your diet. if you want to gain fat, go on a 3500calorie/day binge. if you want to gain muscle, shoot for 25-3000 calorie/day with a HIT excercise regimine, this way your muscle fibers will be shocked and buttfucked and you'll bulk like crazy.I'm american but I'm 6'2" and 152 lbs. I can't gain weight easily. I have an ultra high metabolism but not a health risk really. I've played sports all my life except for football and lacrosse. I go fishing, hunting, camping, rock climbing, skating, and skateboarding. I've also been a computer geek all my life and always been heavily into video games. I eat ALL THE FUCKING TIME. I can't gain weight easily.
I once went to U of AL and smoked a fat bowl of some Strawberry Cough and then smoked 2 ounces of some fire mids in 3 days. One of those days we had 5 heads and loaded 5 glass bowls of mids, 3 bowls off of a vaporizer, and then smoked 7 blunts in a 5 head circle, smoked the left overs from the vaporizer, and then one more person came with a 2' RooR bong which only had an ice shelf so we smoked out of that for the rest of the night.
I smoked ENTIRELY too much weed that night and ate more than I should have and threw up that night twice. That was the last night we stayed. I got a surprise drug test after being back home in GA for 3 days and failed it by 3 micrograms. It was a lab test which had a limit of 50 micrograms per something or other... I totally forgot the last part of the limit. I threw away the results because I was so pissed at them.
