Thanks mate... sorry for the daft questions .. but its my first ever grow so I have nothing to compare it with..Just be patient, increasing the amount of darkness is not going to help it flower faster it will just hurt your yield.
They look fine, its not uncommon for a plant to take 2-3wks to start showing flowers.
Is an NPK of 3-3-6 ok the? Shall I give half dose that is recommended on the bottle of go for the full dose? Of shall I stick to the maxicrop with seaweed extract that says NPK 5-5-5 on the back?i would up your feed a bit mate, they look like they need some N.
Thanks mate. Ill look at the hanna tester. Regarding the calibration solution should i get bot 4 and 7 or just ph7?I use hanna primo ppm and hanna ph meters. They are like 30 bucks or so each. I have seen that blue lab is prob the best but expensive. Mine work great and are prob the cheapest and will do the job. Make sure you get calibration solution packs or bottles as they are not calibrated when you buy them.
I have had expensive and cheap PH meters and they all sucked.I use hanna primo ppm and hanna ph meters. They are like 30 bucks or so each. I have seen that blue lab is prob the best but expensive. Mine work great and are prob the cheapest and will do the job. Make sure you get calibration solution packs or bottles as they are not calibrated when you buy them. Also you will have to transplant soon those bushes are pretty big for that pot. Once your roots dont have enough room to grow then the upper part (the leaves and buds) will not grow much. That is why you see your moms house plants after 10 years look the same size. Anyways bro check out general hydro ponics nutes. I use the flora series but they also have organics. They are not expensive and you do not need all the additives just the base nutes. Happy shopping and be carfull growing cannabis is addicting!! Peace, cannabisinamerica
I also have a feew that is NPK 4-3-8Is an NPK of 3-3-6 ok the? Shall I give half dose that is recommended on the bottle of go for the full dose? Of shall I stick to the maxicrop with seaweed extract that says NPK 5-5-5 on the back?
Thanks
Thank you very much for the advice. Also, regarding you saying that I should re-pot soon... Currently she is in a 3 gallon pot... should I go to a 5 gallon? You need both, you calibrate 7.01 and 4.01 on the ph meter and on the ppm its just one pack of 1382. So the 1382 is 1382 ppm and the meter when calibrated will match the 1382ppm. Other meters are different so just get whats recommended for your meter.
i am assuming you are going all organic? The nuts you have are for propagation as stated in the web site. The bottle you have is an additive and not meant for use as a base nute or micro nutes. You are getting by because the soil has nutes too. Just google nutrients needed for plant growth and then compare that to the ingredients on the bottle. To answer your question, the best way to water a container with medium in to water only enough for one day. This gives roots oxygen and when you water enough for 4 days then they have no oxygen for like 3 1/2 days. Also organics is much more forgiving than mineral base nutes but still you only need to feed every other other water. So feed water water feed water water feed. Then if you see plants needing something you know for sure you did not over fertilize and you can feed more. These plants do not need alot of nute at all. I use 1/4 of recomended dose and then go from there. Look for a three part base nute or 2 part base nute. When i used soil i used fox farm nutes at 1/4. Peacealso, should i feed with nutes every time i water?
Thanks
