Sea of Seeds reputation

You would think all the bugs got worked out before they would put the website back up. Especially considering why the site was down in the first place. I was a sea of Seeds customer in the past and just can't get possibly burnt again on having info outed the way it was. Now I understand that could happen to any bank, but with the problems persisting the way they are with S.O.S I would think the possibility would be more persistant as well. Just my thoughts and opinions I guess. Peace out everyone.
 
I am happy with them I ordered and the sent me a double order for free so I get an extra pack of blue dream and double the freebies.
 
yes 2 packages on the way and a nice email saying we paid for this order and a smiley face. Very cool of them!!:clap:
 
The only way to test the site's functionality properly is to go live and iron out the creases when we know something is wrong :), The prices are the same as the old site we are going through all the prices to make sure things are right though ;) shipping is the same except the options are different so instead or you picking shipping then stealth like the old site the new site has combined the shipping with stealth so it may seem more but its only been combined into 1 option instead of 2. We were working till 11.30pm last night to push the orders forward we are still getting our heads around this indepth system we have now got so i do agree its taking slightly longer than normal also this promo hasnt helped much lol anyway now the riu code joined with the 30% how i would love to do this for you all but Sos would be giving them away if this was done, if anyone has an issue just pm me the order and as normal i will help you :)
 
I placed my SoS order late Monday night (eastern time), which means that SoS first got the order Tuesday morning (UK time). I got my tracking number on Wednesday that confirmed the beans have been shipped out.

Three emails in the first two days...
1) order received and assigned order #
2) order processed
3) order shipped with tracking #

So far I'm quite happy with the process.
 
Did I read something in here about a paypal payment option? And if so, anyone tried it yet?

Im all about degrees of removal. I know a lot of people were upset about the data exposure, but you gotta be smart. Last time I ordered seeds was 1 month before the end of my lease, and then I changed banks too. Cover your own tracks folks and keep up the fire freebies SOS
 
Well I'm glad everyone's getting there orders! I've been waiting on a resend since the 15th of may and haven't received Jack shit!!!

I was told to wait until the site goes live and now it is and nothing. People are getting double orders, tracking numbers within a few days (obviously they are now sending) so whats happening here EM?

I only want what I paid for. Seems they have pushed all re-sends to the back of the line? Good work SOS!! When are SOS planing on doing the re-sends? Next week? The week after? Next month or maybe even never? I knew this was going to happen the minute they said wait until the site goes live.

I understand shit went down, I understand you guy's need to recoup some money, but I've been patient and I am still one of your customers, I'm starting to get pissed now as my original order date was the 4th of April? The resend date was 16 day's ago and still nothing.

Here's everyone getting a good deal with a %30 discount and extra freebies, orders thrown straight in the mail and all i can do is sit here and read everyone post to say how happy they are???

But who cares about someone that spent $300 SOS? There's No money in re-sends is there?

Great start to keeping previous customers happy and on board with your company....

I feel like a complete idiot for spending that much money with there company now :wall:

I read Wahoo's post and was thinking, wtf - wasn't this one of the people that jumped our shit for making a simple comment?!?!
