Is that one that much better? The price is comparable.

Anything 3M is solid. Would just stick w the one you have

I don't like how I can taste the cloves and rosemary after tho. If that is getting through the more potent stuff like orthene,imid,abamectin can too I would say.

Is it possible your cartridges are old or you have a faulty mask seal? Definitely shouldnt be able to smell/taste anything.

just put new cartridges in it. I think the valve is faulty. Ima buy a new mask.

Ok look i killed mine off i had them bad so bad. The way i did it was i got safe soap and made a drench with it as the directions say to, I applied it to the top of the cubes and all around on my roots a cup at a time to cover everything.I let it stand for like 2 or so hours. Then i did a good flush and new nutrients. I weighted two days and then added beneficial nematodes. I did this by putting them in one gal of water and then added the beneficial nematodes rinse the sponge good in the bucket and then added one more gal of water and mix. Then one cup at a time to the tops of the cubes slow not to fast let it soak in good. Apply it good to all the cubes and root zone. Dont forget not to over water when you are flooding the tray if you do so you can drowned the beneficial nematodes and use the mix with in 2 hrs of mixing the beneficial nematodes in your bucket. If you knead more info just hit me up. Hope this helps you all out. Sorry if it is a bit scrambled i am pretty baked right now lol.

So I have been batteling root aphids for so long now it is crazy. I would like to try what you are suggesting. Seems like you are using hydro & nematodes did ok...I have heard they don't like hydro or won't work? And why the soap & waiting 2 days? Also did you water still during those 2 days with nutes?
I would like to do this today. Also I don't know if I can do sm-90 with nematodes or if I should wait awhile & make sure root aphids or thripes or combo are gone 1st

I've heard a lot about h202 as well. If you're running all organic, I'd say you're sol unless a tobacco or some strong insecticide is deemed effective. If chemical ferts mix 1 part store bought (3%) h202 with 3 parts water. you can mix with regular chem ferts without worry. When the soil is leached it will bubble a little bit but it should be lighting those aphids up. reapply h202 in lower concentrations, (maybe drop back to 1 part h202 9 parts water) when you feed. H202's only downside is killing all organic material.

This is a thought I had. 52 cents per small bottle at Walmart. I may use it 50/50 with water or mabey stronger, burn these little bastards

Only in veg or mother plants I used Bayer Fruit Citrus Vegetable at 5mL/1 teaspoon per quart. Havent seen any RAs since I used it on the mothers. I picked up a bottle of Spectracide Triazicide too at the same time they are both available at Home Depot locally. I havent used the Triazicide yet but I plan to even though I havent seen any since using the Bayer Fruit Citrus Vegetable. The Bayer is a systemic Imidacloprid and the Triazicide I believe is a contact pesticide and will kill anything that isnt feeding off the plant and dieing due to the systemic.

Triazicide and Imid can be used together?
