Yes, if the plastic printers were $50K to $100K. It is matter of heat. Need laser heat for hard metal, so these are big industrial machines with metal vapor exhaust recovery, etc.

OTH, I was reading last night, there are jiffy print services already for this also. The world is our internet oyster....just bring money. Even the the hard plastic is $70 a pound for material.
