When our military is brought into any action in which we cross boarders offensively there is a clear, unquestionable and well documented authorization required directly from our Commander and Chief. Without this presidential authorization no troops move period and without question. Obama knew for 6 hours that our Ambassador was missing and possibly a hostage before he received confirmation of his murder. Do you think this order was ever signed? Remember Obama's only actual role in the Osama Bin Laden raid was simply this exact authorization that I speak of being given. I would suggest to you that if he had not, we would assume a much different story line than that provided to and from Hollywood that we know of today.
