well i stay in michigan to SE...

so whats up michigan!!!

Im having a problem i have no changed nothing since i put my plants into flower this is week 2, i have some yellow, brown spoting.. and some leaves curled up n died really ugly.. here are some pics

Lights; 600hps
Soil: FFOF +Perlite+ kelp meal
Temp: 65lowest 77 highest.. but it stays about 77 all day.
Food: Guano Budswell tea. (liquad)

ph?? ppm?? never checked it but havnt had a problem this whole time.. inless it is starting now...

I belive this is a cal mag defenicy.. i could be wrong.

i dont think this is a phosphorous deficiency considering im using budswell...

belive my plants are locked out of nutes.. thinkin bout doing flushes on all plants..

I'm a total newb but when I had the rust spots like the leaf in the far right it was fixed with regular (every watering/feeding) cal/mag dosages

well i put a 1 1/2 tsp of epsom salt in a gallon mixed it up.. dumped it into an empty spray bottle (clean of course). and sprayed down my girls..

i am still gonna pick up ph an ppm.. i hope i can get these girls stable.. there 2 weeks in flower... and my 4 plants in veg look great there geting same thing. so i deff have a lock out somewhere...

looks like ur a little light in feeding em maybe? whenever mine start showing me signs like that i hit em with a nice top dress of rainbow mix bloom and powdered glacial rock. always stops the browning in its tracks and greens the rest of the plant up.

The powdered glacial rock is a good cal mag and my plants love it.

Looks like the beginning of lockout to me . Best to at least obtain a cheap pH meter and then you ll see that it varies with ferts and it drastically drops with bloom formulas .

is budswell the only thing your feeding them? and lockout would look exactly like this when magnesium locks out you quit absorbing phosphorus. but i can't help but think you are just needing some calmag if budswel is all your given em.

yes.. budswell is the only thing im feeding them.. considering the dudes at the grow shop said i could use it all the way thru the cycles.. and i just added kelp in the soil.. but my ph may be throwing it off.. i am geting ready to head out so i will be sure to pick up a ph reader...

Should i flush all the pots?
I did a 2% folair ES spray yesterday early morning. look a little better today, should i hit em again?? or just add some Calmag when i water..

i do have some budcandy, can i add in when i water??..

skip budswell for 1-two feeds?

I would add cal mag are you using well or city water and are you using ro water

budswell is a very very low nutrient collection of living life. i run a program that basically if i took the budswell out, my plants wouldn't barely notice. get yourself a PH meter and double check your not locked out. (bet your around 5-5.8 if your locked out) my other recommendation is some powdered glacial rock from vital earth. its a wonder fert. has all the cal mag and micros nutrients you could ever want. once again budswell i treat more like an innoculant and just dose with it throughout (much more in bud) to keep the lil guys trucking.

I use city water it usually sits out about 3-4 days before use... i stopped in at the local pet shop picked up ph test to test the water out the faucet.. it attends to read 6,8-7.0 :-/. Now could i test the run off the plants the same way?? i stoped at lowes and grow shop to get a meter they were out.

my whole plan was to mix up a simple super soil.. but i got lazy in rushed it, and people lie at the grow shops.. so i trust askin people on here geting opions on different growers then just people trying to sell you somthing to make a $$$$$$

At this point what would u recommend for the feeding... i only have the budswell and bud candy atm.

I agree with PPS. Looks like a bit of PH spotting which will be followed by lockout. I'd flush them really good with some dechlorinated water and maybe back off on your feedings for a bit after that and see if they bounce back.

How many ml of nutrients per litre of water are you using?

OK, just read your initial post again. Budswell is bat guano and seabird guano with an NPK rating of 0-7-0. You amended your soil with kelp meal which is around a 0.5-0.5-2.5 NPK rating. At first glance you are seriously lacking in Nitrogen if this is all you are using. Even though this is the second week of flower, your girls are going to need an N source because they are still stretching and adding vegitation and you have completely deprived them of this so far. If you can get your hands on some blood meal I would add that in right away. It's a readily available source of N for the plants and should correct your problem quickly. Beyond that you may need to bump up your K a bit. I would brew a tea with some alfalfa meal and/or kelp meal once your bud sites really start to form which should be around week 3 on a typical Indica and continue weekly feedings of this through harvest.

Your probably right about that.. LOW on N... Today i will brew up some tea.. of Alfalfa meal/mollases/

far as blood meal. it is powder form right??? how would i mix this in my soil.... i am transplanted all the ones in green pots today to 3 gal pots.. so no worrys on that..

you just do what they call top dressing. you sprinkle it on top of the soil and mix up the first inch or so.

when brewing the tea.... should i just brew the alfalfa meal and kelp?? im gonna add some mollases anything else i should throw in the tea???

The first thing you will need is a good source of compost for your tea. You can use vermicompost (worm castings) for that or use compost from a compost pile/bin if you have one. Secondly you want to have either RO water or if you're just using tap water let it sit out in your bucket for 48 hours to allow the chlorine to dissipate. In a 5 gallon bucket I would add the following:

1lb of compost
2 tablespoons of kelp meal
2 tablespoons of alfalfa meal
1 tablespoon of unsulphured organic molases

Put those ingredients in a painters bag (or stocking) and let it bubble/brew for 36 to 48 hours and then soak your medium with it. You can add more dechlorinated water to the mix if you don't have enough ACT to go around. This will make an aerated compost tea which will add micro organisms to your soil in addition to the nutrients from the kelp/alfalfa/molasses.

Cory is correct on the blood meal. I would top dress with that (look up how much to use per plant). If you have access to worm castings cover the blood meal that you've worked in to the soil with some worm castings PRIOR to watering.
