They are going door to door searching homes of Americans. Honestly I've been wondering when they would find and excuse to pull this shit! Watch, they will say they need to do it somewhere else soon. Not a good year to live in any populated area!

I think they can come in without a warrant b/c it's a state of emergency. If a SWAT team banged on your door you probably wouldn't even get a chance to ask them for a warrant. They would grab you and throw you out of your house and do what they had to do.
I would hope if they found plants they would not even care based on what is going on.

Obviously you have never heard of the rule that objects falling in the 'plain view' of an officer who has a right to be in the position to have that view are subject to seizure without a warrant.

I was in a house next door to a crazy bastard who decided to shoot the Mail Man due to not receiving his check that day , crazy Jerry stepped out with a shotgun and blasted away at the dude , luckily he was across the street and was only hit with bird shot .

Jerry hid in his house and the GRPD SWAT TEAM swarmed the area and knocked on our door , we were smoking weed but they did not care as they wanted snipers positioned in our home and we needed to evacuate .. They never said a word about the weed as there main concern was taking Jerry out , they flash bombed his house and threw canisters of tear gas and it took very little time at this point in the stand off .. Oh the west side of Gr was bad even back in the 80s

Why does it have to be legislation ?? What about the gigantic private agency called TSA that has increased in size 10 fold since then... Didnt have to take off our shoes to go through security before that. Now we're all sheeple getting fondled, X-rayed and just generally fucked with, while the government doesn't even train the people who do this to us, they just hire them.
