Luigi if you were going to add more nitrogen, what would you suggest? A chemical fertilizer and if so which one...... or more organic such as manure? Thanks man, Ive had bad experience burning plants with fertilizers so I am always nervous.

i use organic nutrients , but in the end of the day, organic... gets converted by the plant, and turned in to food.. regular fertilizer goes directly to the plant ( its also alot easier to burn, but a lot quicker on fixing problems, i think ninja could help you a little more on this subject!

Nah, im familiar with guanos, teas, and castings but i use straight synthetic. I havent looked into organic feed much. Ive heard that synthetic acts like a ninja by getting into the plant faster and more direct, and that organic needs to be converted by the plant and broken down into useable elements before it can be consumed and rectify the problem at hand. The other side of the arguement is that its easier to hurt them from over feeding with synthetic....which i did because im an idiot and i bought a cheap ppm meter that went squirlly, and im a noob that makes noob mistakes too. I dont care, my plants gonna kick out 6 zips of chronic asap and im a happy ninja. Easy if you wanna learn the most about organic theres a whole organic section, theyre probly bias and youll leave brainwashed but check it out. I should cruise through it one of these days so i can understand some of the cool shit thats going on with organic. I know ill eventually want to dip into it myself. :):):)

When I started growing weed, the sole goal was to learn how to supply the plants with the perfect growing inviorment to get the most potential possible, which is possible when having a very healty plant. Since then, I've learned some very amazing things about how Mother Nature works. One of many is that plants has a built-in immunity system. If the plant has all the nutes it needs, it will automatically fight off dieases & insects to the best of it's ability. For example, liquid seaweed is a natural root stimulator, causing a larger root system, allowing more absorbtion, causing faster, larger growth. Also, the seaweed allows the plant's "bark" to become so strong & dense that Spider Mites can't penetrate the plant, and also the limbs won't break easily. All this just from some seaweed. Molasses is like a free buffet for the trillions of microbes, a feeding frenzy. 24/7, they airate the soil, break down the nutes, allowing faster, better balanced intake of food supply. Balance is key. Organic growing will automatically balance the PH level, reduces heat & cold stress and deleats fert burn & defiency. When the soil is healthy, the fungi & bacteria spoon feeds the feeder roots. Worms breaks down for the Microbes, which breaks down for the fungi's. Chem ferts kills the microbial life, fungi's & bacteria. It also clogges the rooting system, denying trace minerials to be absorbed. this causes imballance, like Meth, breaks down the immunity system, inviting insects & dieases. Again, like Meth, Chem Ferts feels/looks wonderful, but neither has ANY component that actually promotes anything that is healthy for the plant. aloe vera actually helps to regenerate damage cell structures, causing faster growth. I'll put Organic growing up against chems anyday... faster, bigger plants, stronger thc, better yeilds, every time. see the dirtdoctors site for cool info. Are we brainwashed yet?V

Looking great!
I run an indoor/outdoor thermometer so I can leave the outdoor unit in the tent
and always monitor the temps from my living room. Might be worth looking into
if your like me and you keep a close eye on the day/night temps.

ALRIGHTY! UPDATE TIME!!!

DAY 67 , just watered her with 1/4 tsp. of cal mag and 1/6 tsp. of big bloom into 1.5L water ( the minimum for both is 1/4tsp for 1L ) .. cal mag ive been slowly upping the formula. big bloom this is my second time using, and all went well the first time ( im using the same amount this time aswell ) .. next watering wont have any bloom in it .. just cal mag, then the water after ill up the formula a little :) - just playing it safe.. id rather under nute than over nute. and eventually ill know exactly how much to put!

so the pics, the plant is doing great, just nitro def. mayb a little magnesium too. i did pluck about 5 leaves , and cliped about 15 tips , all looks green now :D

also, raised the lights and rotated my plant ( in the last picture ull maybe notice the different from the first ) - i rotate every 12-24 hours, so both spectrums are spread evenly

ps. the max day temps ( and max meaning - with the soil dryed out , and water container half empty ) was 87.1F and 34%H - not bad id say :D
enjoy!!!!

Not un subbed lol, just busy with chores ;) it looks like youve stretched almost an 1/8th already. Id start pulling her out a little more in like a north south direction so that all the under growth gets more light. Also when you go to take her out after full stretch shell be more handleable in a big U shape. 5 days, wow, i cant wait till three weeks. Man i cant tell if shes getting fed to much or too little. Whatever the full dose of nutrients for ff is id be at just over half right now. If you can, sneak her into the tub and give her a nice flush if you ever get a minute and then see if shes likin it, i youll know with your sugar leaves when they start coming in if shes over fed but for right now it looks like the tips are gettin crispy but seriously, im still on my first dirt run and im having the same problems with yellowing. I think i have a heavy hand though with ffof soil :/ :):):)
