...no, Im not trying to get advice and then go do it. I'm rather curious, how do you usually ask someone if they smoke?

Growing up in Colorado my whole life, smoking weed is a norm among our MMJ and now developing, recreational industry.

Few years back in High school, I could just easily tell who smoked, and who maybe would. Im sure all stoners get that vibe.

yet, I am comfortable asking a person forward if they do or don't smoke. (Not that it will be my first question always)

I have never asked anyone in person if they smoked or not. I'm socially awkward enough as it is, LOL! I get ideas of who might and might not, but I generally let them come to me with the question, not out of fear of outing myself but out of concern that maybe I'd ask at an inappropriate time or something. I'm bad with that sort of thing.

I usually just wait and observe...my problem is random people coming up to me asking where to get the hard stuff. ive come to accept that I look like the typical bad guy.

I just ask em straight up if they burn or not. smoking herb is the norm here. but ya, I'm comfortable enough to ask people if they smoke weed

oh ya, I have no fear of outing myself. if you seen me in person, you would definitely know I smoke herb

I dont ask them and its really none of their business if I smoke .Now I talking strangers. If its a friend I will lite up at my home if they are Ok with it.

I generally dont ask, sometimes I do but only if Im certain they smoke
and Im about to blaze a cannon.

something about my personality just gives it away.....and they usually ask me. I don't dress like a hippy or anything, actually, I think I look the opposite, so I don't really get it. It makes it easy to score in places away from home though, always has.

I'm a magnet for this stuff, and others .

i remember when my boss caught me coming back from lunchtime smoke , he looked straight in my eyes and said 'have you been smoking ?' there was no point lying so i said yeah , he was shocked and kind of didnt know how to react , he did a lil laugh and said 'next time, go sit in your car coz if someone else smells it you will get the sack ' i said yeah ok sorry mate , wont happen again , hes never mentioned it again , he knows im a very hard worker , and as long as im not takin the piss hes cool with me .

because i have been toasting trees since i was 15 as well as being a genetically predisposed budhead i gain a great sense of smell of the green so i know who tokes and who smells like theyve been playin in grass they let their dog(s) shit in, plus people who slouch all the time, people that say man, dude or bro at the end of every sentence. i could go on forever.
