I don't have much of a light source besides the sun and CFL light bulbs, and i understand during the summer the sun emits more of a blue spectrum which enhance growing. I just bought a GDP x Blueberry clone and i was wondering if its even possible for me to flower it. Would CFL lights work maybe? Sorry if its a newbie question i am just learning and i wanna know my options.
I understand in veg mode the plant can have 24 hr of sun light and it is basically the same as doing 18/6.
So right now i have a 2700k CFL bulb on it during night, and then i take it out to the sun for 8 hours, and bring it back in.
Do i need a 6500k CFL bulb for me to keep it in veg mode properly until i can flower it? Or can i just flower it right from the get go? By that i mean can i just keep it inside with a 2700k CFl for 12/12? What i mean is, because the sun emits different spectrums of light depending on the season i am wondering do i need a 6500k CFL bulb if i am vegging at 24/0 and then flowering at 12/12 with a 2700k bulb??? My clone is brand new and i am basically wondering if i can just use the 2700k bulb i have, or if i have to purchase a 6500k bulb?
