I was gonna say that I see a def keeper, and u pointed her out as well....nice!
She has a similar growth pattern to my now lost Grape Ape.
She was a def yielder and great high/taste but no purple, maybe because I flowered her from june to august in a light controlled greenhouse though.
That makes me so much more excited for her! GRAPE APE is my favorite strain ive ever smoked. shes the fattest one so far and i feel like shell be the quickest too.
She has this crazy leaf mutation ill throw some zoomed in pictures up in a little.
my low temps are around 60 at the coldest part of the night and the high is about 81.
The tent stays 75 degrees F on average so im provoking the purple to say the least
Plus i have air coming in directly outside so the temperature the thermometer reads and the temp of the air hitting the plant are probably a little different.
But theyre chuggin along stackin buds left and right. And the resin is filling out nicely.

They smell like the lemony of an og kush but with the darker sweeter smell less sour lemon more lemonade. hahaha
When you swipe a bud while watering my hand will smell like pure kush. real afghan goo like and more fruity than lemony.
As for hermies i generally run shit well enough to not get any with the feminized seeds.
The only one thats ever hermied out on me was dutch passions strawberry cough.
But that was 100% my fault. It stretched more than i had anticipated and i had vegged it too long so it almost hit the ceiling on my 6.5 foot tent.
along with a little heat stress.
My grape god was in that tent with it and it got a banana or 2 on it because of the heat too.
but that was the only time ive ever had a fem seed hermie on me and it was entirely my fault.

Its a pretty weird mutation that ive never seen before.
It actually makes the buds bigger because of all the extra leaves coming out haha
The other weird thing is that its on random leaves. one a couple fan leaves, couple branch leafs, couple sugar leafs.
Its on all of em yet not on all of the leaves...
Anyone else seen anything like this?
Im assuming this isnt the first time because ive seen plenty of mutations on here but it sure is a crazy one.
Less consistent than most mutations.

I havent seent hat one, but My DJ Shorts stuff will have leaf wrinkle, but I found that it is normal.
I think sensitive to huidity fluctuations.
My DJ BB and DJ GK both do it sometimes, but not for long.

Heres all 4 in flower
4 of the clones transplanted into bigger pots
the other 3 are stunted a little by the promix i got so theyll be transplanted in a week of so. (far left)
i had to buy a kind of dirt i usually dont like because its hard to get wet the first time and it slowed them down alot.
but i got that all worked out
My favorite and probably production strain!!!
Of course of all the clones to get stunted its this ones haha
Either way theyre plumpin up good! And purplin.

Hey BB18, nice set-up you have yourself. Just caught up from the start and I`ll definitely be following this one as I have plans for the KK as well, I love the GH strains. Have myself some DNA Cataract Kush going right now and like I said hope to have my perpetual filled out with GWS, Kings Kush, and Kaia Kush (GHS) as well as CK and Cholope from DNA. I got a front seat brother, looking forward to your coming weeks

Its the best lookin one out of all of em and its purplin up all by itself.
but i will be droppin temps shortly
Or i might just wait til i put em in the dark for 3 days to super chill em haha.

Needs at least a week of cold at least to purple properly I feel.
My Grape Ape for being a pure indica (I think) started out with some energy for a while b4 the sedation kicks in.
I find GDP does the same to me though, but just a lil more psychoactive

I cut off the heat to the room about a week ago so the average temp in there isnt higher than 70 ever. Night temps around 60.
And before i did that they were already turning naturally. But if they need a lil nudge ive got plenty of cold air.
I think the grape ape pheno one is gonna finish in a week to 10 days which would put it around 55-60 days in give or take.
The other 3 just look like theyre about a week behind and havent hit that last swell that the short one is already about half way through. haha
The grape ape we used to get from MI was exactly the same.
The gdp is my favorite for skatin or building shit or just thinking. It gets me so motivated. Almost like an opiate/perc rush but from kuh.
I plan to get some of Kens Granddaddy Purp seeds once i have a little more money and time to grow out regular seeds and be able to get 25-50 of em.
Hopefully end up with a real nice one. ive been genetically lucky for a while with the grape god and a few other strains.
And before i did that they were already turning naturally. But if they need a lil nudge ive got plenty of cold air.

Lucky! Ive gotta run through the seeds.
Ive always wanted to venture to MI to get some real grape ape clones or gdp clones but ive always figured itd be too dangerous plus hard to keep them alive on the trip so in the end itd be more hassle than ordering em online and hopin for a good one.
Itll get a long flower because ill chop them all on the same day. so itll be ripe to say the least! haha
The clone of that one finally bounced back and are perkin up. ill top it soon.
I cant wait to flower the next round though because i topped/fimd them and theyre monsters compared to these ones.
Bustin out my veg tent. gonna take about 8-12 clones from them soon to get ready for the next round.
And since the good strains clone is taking long ill probably grow it out as a huge mother and save it for the round after next and take 20 or more clones off it and get ready for the.....

I cant verify that any of them are the real deal.
All my stuff flowers extra long usually.

I remember when I 1st had a medical(ish) need for weed.
I was a bad alcoholic.
I had rage issues and drinking I thought was the answer...its not btw.
One day that I was arguing with my girl and pissed, I smoked some Purple Kush and forgot I was mad and was laughing within 5 minutes.
That was a turning point for me.
I use weed to help with pain, insomnia, nausea, anxiety,depression etc...
Still trying to find a good migraine strain, and that part of the reason for the huge strain list.
But since a purp strain was the 1st one that had a significant impact on me, I think they might be special in some ways.
I like the colors smells tastes and effects.
I also need a good daytime strain(s) for motivation anxiety relief and mood enhancement.
Growing makes me happy as well, I grow veggies and several of the worlds hottest peppers as well.
