What's For Dinner Tonight?

Good 'ol breakfast for dinner....
Chicken fried steak & eggs (over easy)
Homefries w/ peppers n onions
Wheat toast.....lotsa butter:)
and country gravy
Chocolate milk/Wine(wife)
.........the chicken fried steaks are premade from H.E.B......but it was still damn good:)

for breakfast!?!?! shit i had 2 poached eggs on wheat toast lol.

dinner tonight will be pork chops fresh tender purple broccoli and steamed veg.
 
i just had breakfast been busting moves all day i just got to unwind i had a mechelatha well im mexican what do you expect.... and a heffen wizer my favorite and moving on to moscato d' asti wine and finishing it up with probly chips and what ever is easy to make before i hit the sac im running on 4 hours of sleep i love to be tired i dont sleep much.. i love sleep...

Kolaches w/jalapeno and cheese
Doughnuts...for the kids


Tonight's menu....
Tacos.........that's it, just tacos....ground beef tacos..lol
Hot sauce is always in the fridge
Sweet tea/Dr.pepper/wine
 
I made asparagus salad with country ham, parmesan, roasted peppers and maui onions with fresh lemon vinaigrette. I need to start taking pictures
 
it was left over chicken or a new box of summer blush... guess who won!

my football team are playing in europe tonight which means with the time difference they kick off at 6pm. leaves me zero time to eat before the game coming straight from work!

might try and pick up a half a cooked chicken from a supermarket lol low carb rocks
 
damnit man. i have a nice ass roast i need to cook up. i keep forgetting that i need to start it in the evening.

i think im gonna cave in and go get an omlete(how the hell do u spell that?) with steak and mushrooms. im starving to high hell after clicking here. perhaps its why im still awake.
 
I'm actually sitting with an Italian friend discussing how I'm going to make tonight's lasagna. I have to use CELERY and WHITE wine. I've been told !! :)

The wine could be easily used to braise the meat.
Celery I would probably relegate to a fresh veggie side dish filled with Philly cream cheese (in the groove).

So far so good! The bechamel sauce turned out well (milk, bay leaf and onion white sauce) I did use white wine and celery as advised. I've got a few Italian friends here and they are all great cooks. It's in the oven, fingers crossed!
