It's like beef but leaner. As horses age their meat becomes more tender unlike most other animals where their meat gets tougher.

They sell these at the supermarkets near me...they dry out fast and are best cooked med-rare...or if you mixed in some more fat...super lean though if you're looking for a healthier beef alternative, right?

there's also this restaurant over in philly that serves all kinds of crazy meat, rattlesnake, ostrich and buffalo are a few of the ones i'm aware of..

We have a restaurant over here that does the same thing...you walk in and the walls are covered with exotic taxidermy animals. Saddle Peak Lodge...pretty cool place actually, and in the middle of bumfuck. Like nothing else around except a fire station and rolling hills with sporadic houses.we have this indian rez around here that every spring puts on an event.. i went one time and had a buffalo burger.. i thought it was yummo though..

i was watching this new(ish) show on the bbc. dominique something something, he goes looking for crazy animals all over the world..
anyhoo's, he was in vietnam looking for the giant pincher bug, and he ended up in this famed restaurant as they're known for serving some crazy animals.. i saw goats penis and a few other nutty things on the menu, pun intended of course... no thanks, lol..

My instinct always told me to stay away from Burger King. Something about the establishment always struck me as trashy, the underclass of the fast food world. Its a shame, horse king is now the nickname.

has anyone gone into a mcd's lately, and taken apart their sammy before trying to consume it?? i have, and those meat patties look so foreign to me and in no way do they resemble what i think of when i think of beef..

Oh STFU! Ingesting a few milligram here and there cause it happened to contaminate your food is a far cry from putting it in there for purposeful amounts.
The amount is so few, it's not even enough to get enough B12. To put it in perspective, a grain of rice worth of B12 is more than your body uses in a lifetime.
