Once someone uses their rights to infringe upon others, in this case namely his own daughter, then the abuser rights ought to be taken away. Hence why we have jails. Why not prevent crimes before they happen? Or are you totally for the prison industrial complex?

Why should I make an apology when I know the answer? I saw you remark about "sensible" gun control. There's no such thing. Unless you're in jail or an illegal, everyone should bear arms if they choose. The Constitution doesn't say, "as long as."

If ANYONE is denied guns for ANY reason it affects me.

What's mentally ill? What's too stupid? No blacks? How about no Arabs? No North Koreans? Who else? Marijuana addicts? Bipolar? Racists?

I'm not to say, you're not to say. Especially government isn't to say.

Whatever the government has, I should have too. How can we have a well armed militia if the government is armed better than the militia?

According to FBI statistics killing with just hands outnumber rifle murders 2 to 1. Feel like a dumb ass yet? Tell me how many people were murder with a rifle in 2012 and give me a percentage of what that against our population. Crunch the numbers and you will soon realize you're chasing phantoms and have no one to blame but yourself for being a dumbass.

It is sad but the government already has MARIJUANA ADDICTS unable to buy guns....It has a yes or no box on the form you fill out when buying a new gun........nitro..

11 e: "Are you an unlawful user of, or addicted to marijuana, or any depressant, stimulant, narcotic drug, or any other controlled substance?"

as a LAWFUL user of cannabis, that question gets a yes from every conceivable angle.

since it is lawful for me to hit that chronic in my state, theres no such thing as "marijuana" at all, and nobody is addicted to cannabis, any pothead who answers this question with a "yes" is an idiot.

Not an effective argument. Nor is it in remote context to what I was saying. Also, hostility, why?

Yes people can inflict damage with there fists. More do than rifle deaths apparently. That's not the issue at hand. The issue has to do with the fact that an ak will do more damage than fists. Please show me a statistic that says otherwise. Again, time number 4, I'm not against guns.
