For sure man. Who would turn that down. That would definitely raise some suspicions though. I have grown and a rental before, and there's no way I would tell a landlord what I was doing in there. It's really not his business, and I don't see why they would need to know.Offer to pay 3-6 months of rent in advance, lump sum, and ask for some kind of discount too, many landlords love this... if you pay way in advance it's not even possible to be late anymore...
