The vegan diet is rich in so many foods. I put lots of flavors in each meal, at least 5, one for each taste. Then theres the spices,sauces and textures. Binders and levening. I'm not missing but gaining.

We can have that exact same meal. But then with steak and bacon as well. So um, yeah, you are missing out. There's no steak on your plate, yet we've got all the stuff you have plus more You are only gaining if what you eat is foodstuffs that a meat eater would not be able to eat, but we can eat it

Dookie,Nope. I'm a vegan for animal rights, besides it being icky. They're working on vegan meat, grows on a substrate not on animal. Still gross. I became vegan when my chicken died of cross-beak which is caused by animal cruelty breeding farms.

My protein content is fine, so is my B complex. My protein: 7.3 g/dL and my redcell count:5.07 million/uL. Red blood cells aren't produced in those numbers if your Bs are missing, esp B12.
