We can have that exact same meal. But then with steak and bacon as well. So um, yeah, you are missing out. There's no steak on your plate, yet we've got all the stuff you have plus more You are only gaining if what you eat is foodstuffs that a meat eater would not be able to eat, but we can eat itDookie,
The vegan diet is rich in so many foods. I put lots of flavors in each meal, at least 5, one for each taste. Then theres the spices,sauces and textures. Binders and levening. I'm not missing but gaining.
Could you explain why crossbeak is due to animal cruelty, last i was reading it was predominantly a genetic disorder.
