You're "it happened, deal with it" is basic and unhelpful in furthering the discussion.
I am saying that the company's management is responsbile for the bankruptcy because they sought bonuses/raises while the business was obviously not doing well. Some agree, some disagree.
You don't seem to be offering much by way of an opinion or solutions.
