Worth a shot, the shit blew me away when he was telling me, but the logic is sound, think of it like any other medicine you'd get, consider if they didn't hire you based on something like Oxy's.. You'd have a FAT case against them, just bring it up, nothing else to lose...

Probably depends on the company and job you're applying for, construction, warehouse, office, probably won't matter much, airline pilot, bus driver, teacher, probably will matter.

And I just had a somewhat amusing image of an interview for a bus driver ... "hell YEAH I can operate heavy equipment" while showing off a large blunt filled with Kush ... cn

My MMJ script in california is for hip displacement, i was hit by a car when i was 4 shattering my hip. The work does require heaving lifting and doing constant 18+hr shifts even though most physicians would advise against it i just dont care, the reason i did not escalate it into a problem was the fact that this is a back up plan as i dont put all of my chickens in a basket. If my crop came out bad hen id go to work, if the crop came out good then id have a slightly bigger grow going with a part time job. Im not stupid and im young enough to do hard work and mentally fit to perform this work when majority of people would cry for home.

that's what i mean, so how is it that MMJ is necessary? i mean more power to you but when you are 46 and have titanium parts and not able to get MMJ and you see an 18 year old perfectly healthy man getting MMJ, well never mind, i think you see my point, good luck to you :eyesmoke:

Medical or not, just pass the silly drug test. Need a bottle of clean piss? Find a friend. Don't let a good job slip through your fingers simply because of your drug test. Fake the test, get the job, make the cheddar.

A big driver isn't government but private insurers. They give a discount for employers who test test test. cn

I manage an oilfield service company and my guys need to take a piss test every three months to be on the majority of our customers work sites. Piss tests are a joke and only "weed" out pot smokers. The hard drugs are out of your system in a day or two. But if my guys want to make $30/hr then they need to piss clean, that's the way it works. Some of them don't do drugs, some of them do and have their ways to pass... It all boils down to liabilities, if something happens companies always want to be able to pass the blame down until it can't go any further. If one of my guys has an incident and pisses dirty during an investigation then my company can be held liable for damages. It is a dirty part of business but one that isn't going to get ay better before it gets worse I think.
