Somebody should...
well, i can handle the technical side of things but the project needs a few stakeholders that have decent bean (and maybe even deal in clones as well) collections to work. there would be some costs involved in setting this up and more stakeholders the cheaper it is for everyone... makes the project more useful, giving it a chance to succeed... and shared risk if it doesn't.

anyway, i think i lost my messaging talking about stuff like this so won't do so too much - can email me at and pass the word around if anyone is interested in getting into this at the ground level... btw, i don't use that email normally so give me nudge if i don't respond quickly

Hi everyone, back again. Haven't been on here in a fair few months due to some personal/legal/other problems I have had recently. I did end up growing 8 plants during a 3 month period that I wasn't on here. Recently I have been looking into things a bit more on the chemical side rather then plants.

In relation to this I would say no. The main problem you are going to have is legal problems. Firstly you need to find a domain and webhosting company that isn't in Australia and isn't going to give your details to the police. Secondly you would need to import the beans in bulk which is hard with Australia having probably the best customs in the world.

Lastly no offence stonerhermit but I would recommend people at this stage not to contact him regarding this venture. I just suggest people don't do ventures like this with people online whether it be a scam or a police op. Just my opinion but feel free to do as you wish people.

Cheers, Jimmy

lot of assumptions considering we haven't even spoken yet - people with a degree of intelligence can figure out if something is a scam or a setup. no offence but i guess if you're missing that, blanket avoidance of things is good practice :bigjoint:

Good idea but if we collectively do it together its acting as a cartel/gang, ( you get my drift) and would face even bigger stints under federal laws aswell as the states throwing a few charges your way aswell

Not particularly considering I don't even smoke and everything I grow is a profit. I also spent time supplying seeds to many people throughout SA. I can tell you right now 10-30 seeds is no problem getting into aus but you look at anything higher then that and good luck. Aus has one of the best customs in the world.

Like I said I wasn't calling you a scam or setup, I was just cautioning people regarding doing business online and creating a gang online :P I know from previous experience that partnerships online don't usually end well unless you know the person IRL. And as mentioned anyone feel free to do what you wish, I'm just giving a warning.

Cheers

Which is the reason why Sannies stopped shipping to Australia...

well, now that i'm not going to do it; there are ways to make it completely anonymous so the chances of getting busted are tiny but tiny chances * massive pain if busted = too risky + i would get the biggest crosshairs on my head for setting it up :/ the value of clarity before the first joint of the day lol. imports wouldn't have been an issue as the whole concept was about creating a seed bank made up of all the people in oz who have and make beans.... could even do state matches so even interstate customs gets avoided ;) anyway, too much risk for me so offer withdrawn

as for all the RL stuff jimmy, read the name, hermits don't associate with people in RL :-P that's why i come here and chat to the people that live in my computer. lol

hold on hold on as, you say its easy for us to produce seed, and clones, we need no mass import of seeds, (if jimmy grew as much as he promotes, he would know that).

we do need a special o/s site set up, it may be quite, at first. but as members, increase, and are screened/moderated, it could start to trade seeds, at reduced prices as stealth packing not as required

it would be cool to set up, im in if you want to start some shit,

im not to good on computors, but i'll help moderate and i'll grow the widow, Ak, seeds and a few others.

To get set up for seed in it self, is a major hassel, as i could only do a strain each 3/4 months, and it would meen less smoko

but if any of us wants to really be 420, then we should grow some balls and produce our own systems arround ferking retarded aussie drug laws and policeing
