truly sorry to see anyone have problems, as cannabis should be a free right.
that said, you left yourself wide open for these problems bro. outdoors grows are a known no-no in Colorado, you should know better ... especially with neighbors right next to you on all sides --- personally, I'd have an issue with the smells more the anything - you are violating my space and my rights when you do so. do you want to live next door to a manufacturing plant who's smells are permeating your personal space, day and night, with offensive odors? got ripped near harvest ... with that smell permeating the neighboorhood .. and you are suprised and want to think it's the pigs getting some 'pay back' ... guess what, they dont need to ... the payback will come from the tens of thousands of dollars you will spend, fighting this bullshit. all because you think you have a god given right to grow wherever the fuck you want, whenever you want, however you want, without repurcutions for not following the rules and laws. and it's all kosher right? until you get busted and have to go through all the bullshit and loose everything in the process. many fought hard to get MMJ to begin with, those that flaunt the system put the rest of us at risk and leave a bad taste in the mouth of those that would vote against us in our continuing push for national reform. this is why some of us speak up and out.
