You mean like the first statement right after the incident where Jay Carney declared that it had nothing to do with the WH policy and it was a Utube video that caused the spontaneous violence?

There you go conflating again. He was referring to the protests. NOT the coordinated Al Qaeda like attack on Benghazi for us killing Al Libbi (sp?). Keep that propaganda machine running.

In response to a question about about whether the U.S. had a heads up that violence was increasing there before the attacks, White House Press Secretary Jay Carney said he was not aware of any, but that that issue and others were the subject of an ongoing investigation.
He said that "based on what we knew at the time, knew initially, what we know now, the facts that we have, the video was a precipitating cause to the unrest in the region and specifically in Libya."

And he went on to say (in the very next sentence no less), "This is a matter that’s under investigation in terms of what precipitated the attacks, what the motivations of the attackers were, what role the video played in that," Carney said"

It was still under investigation. They were TOLD, initially, that the protest was related to the attacks. They didn't come to that conclusion, hence the investigation.

Sorry Carne, you can spin it anyway you like, but NSLX1 was exactly on the money and you weren't even on the field yet. He never combined any thing with another thing and he accurately stated the facts.

And his conclusion: The WH said it was the video at first and then days later concluded it was policy fault and not the video to begin with. Hey what do you know, thats exactly the way it was. Imagine that.

You just can't stand it when anyone is critical of the current administration can you?

You lost as soon as you posted the first time. When you said they NEVER put out a statement, then when it was proven they put out a statement. If you had just stopped there the thread would have ended, but you can't take the ego clash that happens when someone doesn't agree with you.

Obama was blaming the video on Letterman, long after the information that this was a planned, coordinated attack was circulating. Fuck, the MSM is STILL trying to push that talking point at this moment. I heard it several times earlier this afternoon on the radio. I heard Hillary outright blame the video, I heard Obama outright blame the video, they freaking detained and questioned the director long enough to get a few photos of him in custody.

But, none of this matters since the REAL concern is that the administration had reliable intel of the attacks, 48 fucking hours before the attack AND DID NOTHING....NADA...ZIP...SQUADOOSH. These pricks are criminally incompetent and several Americans are taking a dirt nap because of that incompetence.

But hey look, another article about 47%.

And not one reporter from the left has bothered to ask why the ambassador of a country that is demonstrably hostile to us had NO security detail on the anniversary of 9/11 while Valerie Jarrett runs around with a detail of 5 secret service agents inside America.

This kind of thing makes Eric Holder look competent by comparison...
