Currently I have a few of these strains in my garden and for me to be supportive of anyone, I have to be "ok" with what kind of person they are. Hell I can throw charity anywhere, but I'm talking about true support. Yeah, I like that JTR and even thought I may be finding a standing spot for that Querkle too, all the more reason for me to have higher standards for whoever is behind those genetics. It appears this TGA place got too big for their britches. Obviously some of those success funds should have been diverted to hire a Real Customer Service Representative.
As a business owner, it's pretty damn difficult to forget that All of Your Customers are on your same team, ALL OF THEM. Now when both parties are completely clear about that, then it makes it so much more difficult for either party to fuck each other. The owner of tga was out-of-his-depth trying to deal with this customer service concern. I haven't even begun to tally up how much loot I've thrown away in tga beans... the upside is that this whole pathetic scenario will save me a lot of dough, or at least I will direct all my recommendations and earnings towards a more deserving breeder!
It's not the genetics fault, I must remember that. So I think I'll keep the strains around and go forward by relabeling or "rebranding" them if you will. Is there an ethics problem with this concept? Who the fuck cares after we see how TGA treats it's own customers. I can go even further and commence with knocking-off all the TGA strains I have in cold storage, rename them and begin to hand them out for free over the next decade. And the whole while peeps get the full story.
At this time, I have live cuttings of Jack Ripple, Quirky Bud and Fukishima. Soon I should have Cheese Queen and Bipped Bubba. Just going to throw-away plushberry and ace of spades. Early in 2013 I should have a few other strains that I will run large seed crops of and commence to give-away at farmers markets.
This whole deal could end up saving Michigan Medical Growers plenty.

. I executed my Chernobyl's in veg earlier. (Even though Dioxide was breeder). I will however keep my two in bud room. (I am not THAT crazy. lmao). I thought about using his stock for breeding, but it isn't even fucking worth it.
