as a matter of fact one of the reasons american retirees are moving to mexico is becuase of their affordable goverment health care plan
That might be a influencing factor but I doubt a significant number of retirees moved to Mexico just so they could be on the healthcare plan.
A lot of retirees have Medicare, Medicare can be used in Mexico, or anywhere.

Obama kills citizens without due process yet hangs with a guy that he would have killed had he been president during the weather underground bombings. He also appointed an execution czar to carry out these acts in his name in case he's busy. I can't support this.
I have no clue who Romney is, candidate Romney vs Gov Romney would be a cool debate to watch. AFAIK the only person he's killed is that man's wife in the Obama ad.

Chesus have you ever been out of the US? Someone that is married to a pinoy you are very ill informed about developing countries medical institutions. Most people that can fly to mexico and pay for a surgery can afford insurance, why do you think they would go there to get it done?

Ron was a self-employed contractor, and Jemmy was a loan
officer at a bank. At ages 61 and 52, respectively, they were too young to
qualify for Medicare, but too old to risk not having health insurance.
"We knew that we couldn't retire without Medicare," Jemmy
Miller said. "We're pretty much in Mexico now because we can't afford health
care in the States."
The couple learned about IMSS from Mexico guidebooks and
the Internet. They moved to the central city of Irapuato in 2006, got residency
visas as foreign retirees, and then enrolled in IMSS.
