how do you water all of those beautiful plants?? whats your method?
haha hand water homiehow do you water all of those beautiful plants?? whats your method?
thanks i dont really know anything about that but my room was supposed to be wired up to code. and in my house a normal outlet can handle 600watts pretty chill so i figured maybe the same? i am going to bummed if it doesnt work. my dehumidifier is about 600watts and i have that plugged into a normal outlet in there. how would i find out if its going to be able to work? theres like 8 un used plugs in my box so should i just try them all until one doesnt pop? haha my old electrician moved so i dont know what the hell i am doing.hey pat, for your extra 600's it depends on how many amps youre already running thats connected to that outlet. at 120v a 600w is around 4-5 amps i believe
spreading yure power to different breakers in yure breaker box will releave any overpowering ,using cords, less its 108 like here and have to flower at night.
thankyou very much guys. most of that was french but i kinda understand.. so all i have going in the room that is pulling alot of power is the dehumidifier, everything else, can filter, inline fan all that is 300watts or less. the electrician spread the plugs throughout the room so i have a few on each wall.. now if they are in different locations in the room,is there a chance that some of them are still going back to the same thingie on the electrical panel? i remember paying for the wire and he wasnt cheap, so i imagine its the good stuff? its yellow 220 wire or some french shit.what up patrick? plants are looking great man.
sounds like your lights now are on a control box so you have the outlets in the room free. if your house is wired to code then you most likely have all of the outlets in that room on a single 15-20amp breaker. running 1200w on that breaker is no problem but i don't know what else you have plugged into those outlets or any other outlets on that breaker. basically you wanna test the breaker for those outlets and check and see what else is on that breaker. you might have some outlets in other rooms or some overhead lights. then pop the faceplate off the breaker panel and check the size of the wire that is coming out of that breaker. it will say on the wiring something like "#12" or "10 awg". that will tell you the wire size and therefore load capacity. lot of electricians will use larger wire gauge than the breaker is rated for but sometimes you get cheap fucks trying to make pennies who use undersized wire. just helps to be sure by checking it out first. if you don't have anything else on the outlets in that room or on that breaker then you should be fine plugging the 600's intot he wall. even if you have a few small things like an overhead light or some meters and timers. just no a/c units, dehumidifiers, or motor loads basically. let me know if you need anything.
the plants and the room look great bro. i'd try and rotate the plants as much as you could. you want them to ideally get hps light and a little mh consistently. that mixed spectrum is what is really gonna benefit your plants. just having some under mh light i think you are gonna see thet they don't give you the same yield.i havent updated this in awhile. these pics were taken a few days ago ill post some fresh ones when the lights come on in a couple hours. i added two 600watt mh. i ended up getting quantom ballasts and some ghetto wing hood things with some digilux bulbs. curious to see how the MH compares, if it doesnt, they are getting switched for hps next run. i believe there are 8 northern lights in here, mostly smaller plants, the rest are bubblegum from what i can tell. 5200 watts shooting for ten packs.
those things are so badass. definitely an idea for when i expand. it would be alot easier to move shit around if the plants were bigger and i had less of them. its almost like putting together a puzzle though cause the canopy is so full, ill take some more pics in a couple hours. definitely going to try to move them around at least once a week though. i only have a 32 gallon res and im feeding about 45 gallons every 2 days so i gota mix 2 res. takes me like 5 hours to mix nutes and hand water these ho's . hopefully it pays off like the last one.my pleasure man.
yea, ideally you want them getting light from both but that's kind of a pain. so maybe next time try running a few less plants or keeping them a little smaller. soil grow on a nice concrete floor? this is your best friend buddy...you can find cheaper ones; even more sturdy. but these things are the best for a bunch of soil plants. lay the saucer right on top.

you've got good "problems" on your hands.
