I like to train them early on as well, but I like to make sure they are tough enough to survive if I fuck up!



I hope no one forgets to update today!! (remember, weekly updates have to be submitted sometime between Friday and Sunday!) I know the weather is nice and all, but since I got a prize worth more than half a thousand $ for the winner, I kind of have to stick to the rules now to make it fair! But I am certain you guys are all planning on doing it today, just wanna make sure we are all on the same page! you guys got about 15 hours!! hehe


I guess 4 of us did it so far, psycho was a day early, I will let him get away with it this time if he doesnt stop by today, so about 5+ updates are to be submitted , not sure Sidd is in it anymore since he hasnt submitted any updates so far.

thats cool, pics with the light off are better!!

hehe, what do you guys think though, is it fair to you all the once a week update between Friday and Sunday (makes it easier to keep track of who submitted and who didnt) and whoever can't make it is out? I just want to make it fair but also entertaining to follow... if the prize were seeds or nothing, I wouldnt care that much!!

I believe you have made it fair, and don't see why things need to change from what you set up. I understand it is summer and people vacation as well as work shifts or may be on-call 24 hrs a day 7 days a week like myself.

someone correct me if I am wrong but I really dont think exposing the plants to light for 2 minutes once a week could do any harm!! I was parano about it when I first started but now I do it all the time, I have never had an Hermi! (knock knock wood). I think most hermi has to do with genetics or light leaks. not from looking at them for a few minutes(and I dont actually turn on the whole setup only small flashlight or cfl, I do what I need to do, I dont fuck around too long). Only the light coming from the door of the room being open and the flash of the camera makes for great pics!

Sorry to hear you can't make it herbavor, it would have been nice to have you with us until the end.

OK!! I hate to see people going out so early, but shit happens... I mean the odds are so good (even better now!) for any of you to win such a big prize. I hope the rest of you guys are truly hungry for a new light.

If anyone wants back in (Gast, I am surprised you didnt update, what happened!? I know RIU was down for me on Saturday...) they will have to get everyone's approval , and as far as I am concern, it would be the only time for sure.

Anyway, the boring part is pretty much over now, thanks to the 5 of you that submitted in time!! Let's keep it this way!! Good luck!!

Wow, I'm the photo whore and I didn't update. lol.

I actually took all my photos yesterday and couldn't upload them. Oh well. Time to toss the bagseed, replant the super haze and move it to the veg tent.

Amax, since the site was down Saturday and you uploaded a few days early, you can still be in if everyone's cool with it, like I said I am willing to let that one slide ... but it cant happen again thats for sure coze it will get serious over here hehe. so do your update and if you get 6 likes (from the 6 guys in the competition) you will be back in... same goes with herb and Gast, all 3 of you will get the LIKE from me, see if you can make it to 6!

(is there anyway to know who hits the like button after 4 people did, you know how it says and 2 others ... can you see who were the other 2 for instance? just coze the likes have to come from participants.)
